If you have an old piece of carpet or vinyl flooring, that could be used, or you could lay bricks down first or blocks.

just get two wooden slats to put the legs on, run them front to back.
Don’t use carpet you wil end up with mold.

The problem with wood, carpet and even bricks and concrete blocks is that they can transfer moisture and lead to condensation and corrosion. I’ve found the best "blocks" to elevate items like a freezer off the floor in a basement are those sets of heavy plastic "bed boosters" you can buy in home improvement stores and places like Bed, Bath and Beyond. These are cast blocky "feet" that come in a set of four designed to go under the legs of a bed to raise the height. They are very sturdy and provide a good base but the material doesn’t absorb dampness or support mold.

wood pallets– most stores will give them to you free if you ask them to set some aside for you

Just like we do in the construction field. DUNAGE. take some old 2×4′s and run them underneath it in 3 places. Each end and one in the middle to keep it from sagging. It’ll never go anywhere. Cheap and easy and effective.

I’d recomend bricks too. You should get a dehumidifier for that space.

at almost any big box home store u can find appliance rollers. they are adjustable and fit over the corners of a fridge or freezer chest

I think I would get an old piece of vinyl flooring or even some heavy plastic to put under the whole area of the freezer, then use a few 2×4′s on top of that.
